Salmon stir-fry with teriyaki sauce

3 Salmon steaks
1 Bottle Teriyaki sauce
1 small Bott black peppercorns
6 Potatoes
1 small Bag frozen peas
1 large Tub soft cheese
1 bunch Chives

Directions

POTATOES

Stir fry the salmon steaks in a little oil, add the Teriyaki sauce and cook for a further 3 minutes. Then add the black peppercorns.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes with their skins on and then mash. Add the soft cheese and 2 cupfuls of peas and a pinch of chives and mix together.

Serve on a plate with the salmon steaks, potatoes and a floret of Broccoli.
