Pasta and salmon teriyaki sauce

Ingredients

12 ounces FUSILLI OR ROTINI
12 ounces SALMON CUT TO 1'' CUBES
1 VEGETABLE SPRAY
cup RED OR YELLOW PEPPER,
THINLY SLICED
cup SNOW PEAS
cup EACH SHERRY AND WATER
¼ cup EACH OIL,SOYA SAUCE
AND BROWN SUGAR
teaspoon EACH GARLIC & GINGER
1 tablespoon FLOUR
2 teaspoons SESAME SEEDS
PARSLEY TO GARNISH

Directions

SAUCE

Cook pasta al dente, drain, put into serving dish. saute salmon to light pink about 4 min. Put on top of pasta. Blanch vegies for 2 minutes and plunge into cold water, pour on top of salmon. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil simmer about 4 minutes. Pour over salmon pasta dish.

Prep time about 30 minutes.
