Salsa frita (fried sauce)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Tomatoes; peeled
1 small Onion
1 Clove garlic
1 Canned chili Serrano
1 teaspoon Salt; or less
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions
