6 eaches chiles serranos, peeled and
6 eaches cloves garlic
3 eaches large tomatoes
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon salt
1 each pinch black pepper

Directions

Chiles serranos, peeled and seeded. Blend in food processor or blender: 1 medium onion, chopped, 6 chiles serranos, peeled and seeded, 6 cloves garlic. Fry the mixture in butter for about 5 minutes. Blend in: 3 large tomatoes, 1 TBS vinegar, 1 TBS honey, ¼ tsp dried oregano, ¼ tsp cumin, ¼ tsp salt, 1 pinch black pepper.
