Samon mousse, appetizer ( august, 1991)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Cream cheese
1 can Salmon
½ cup Fresh cream
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 Gelatine leaves; dissolved in 1/4 cup water
½ Onion

Directions

Process everything in food processor. Pour in a small mold. ( oiled ) Chill at least 3 hours

NOTES : Serve with toasts
