½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Chopped drained capers
4 Chopped cornichons; or small sour pickles
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
Lemon juice; to taste
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

Directions

In a bowl, stir together ingredients and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
