Sardine panitas

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices Cut diagonally from a French loaf
1 can Sardines in olive oil
1 can Anchovies
1 large Tomato
12 Pitted green olives

Directions

Lightly toast the bread and puree the tomato. Rub the bread with the tomato and arrange a sardine lengthwise on each piece. Lay two anchovy fillets across each sardine and decorate with split olives.
