1 | teaspoon | Chichen bouillon granules |
1 | tablespoon | Dried chopped celery |
2 | teaspoons | Dried minced onions |
2 | teaspoons | Dried parsley leaves--crushed |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |

1¼ | C water | |
3 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
1 | pack | Stuffing seasoning mix (see above) |
4 | cups | Partially dried bread cubes |
Directions
STUFFING SEASONING MIX
SAUCEPAN STUFFING
in a medium pan, combine water, butter or margarine and stuffing seasoning mix. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium; simmer about 5 minutes. stir in bread cubes. cook 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is abosrbed, stirring continues, cover;remove from heat let stand 5 mins. before serving.
VARIATIONS: add more or less water, accord to how you like it. I've used some turkey juice in place of water-if oily turkey juice, omit butter. also can add celery, etc. and adjust seasoning to your taste...
