1 | pounds | Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa or any variety Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage |
¼ | cup | Olive oil |
1 | teaspoon | Fennel |
2 | Garlic cloves finely chopped | |
1 | tablespoon | Oregano |
1 | cup | Celery chopped |
1 | medium | White onion quartered |
4 | larges | Carrots peeled/chopped |
1 | pounds | Mushrooms cleaned and cut in half |
2 | cans | Diced tomatoes (12 oz) |
12 | smalls | Whole new potatoes |
1 | can | Tomato sauce (8 oz) |
Salt to taste | ||
Pepper to taste |
Directions
Heat the oil in a heavy pan and add the onions, garlic, celery, fennel, salt and pepper. Saute until soft. Add all other ingredients except for the sausage, and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Add sausage, simmer for another 15 minutes or until heated through.
