Sausage and mushroom stew

Ingredients

2 cans Cream of mushroom soup --
Undiluted 10 3/4 oz
pounds Kielbasa -- smoked cut 1 in
5 mediums Potatoes -- cut 1in chunks
4 larges Carrots -- cut 1 in. piece
3 mediums Onions -- coarsely chopped
1 cup Green beans -- fresh &
Halved
¾ pounds Fresh mushrooms -- halved
½ medium Head of cabbage -- coarsely
Chopped

Directions

In an ovenproof 5 qt. Dutch oven or casserole, combine all ingredients except cabbage. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 1¼ hours. Uncover and stir. Add the cabbage. Cover and bake 30 min. longer or until vegetables are tender. Stir again before servings. Yield: 6-8 servings.
