Sausages with honey-mustard glaze

12 ounces Great Western Beer
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

1. Prick sausages all over to release fat, In deep skillet, arrange sausages and cover with boiling water; simmer for 10 minutes, then drain well.

2. Return sausages to dry skillet. Combine beer with honey and mustard and pour over sausages. Cook over medium heat 30-45 minutes until beer evaporates and sausages are glazed.
