8 | ounces | Minced pork |
8 | ounces | Minced veal |
2 | ounces | Minced streaky bacon |
2 | ounces | Shredded suet |
4 | ounces | Fresh white breadcrumbs |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
1 | pinch | Ground nutmeg |
2 | teaspoons | Chopped fresh sage |
Grated rind of lemon |
Directions
Just mix everything together and shape into a sausage. Shallow fry in oil.
