Sausages (old family recipe)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Minced pork
8 ounces Minced veal
2 ounces Minced streaky bacon
2 ounces Shredded suet
4 ounces Fresh white breadcrumbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 pinch Ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons Chopped fresh sage
Grated rind of lemon

Directions

Just mix everything together and shape into a sausage. Shallow fry in oil.
