4 slices Bacon
2 Green Peppers -- chopped
2 mediums Onions -- chopped
3 cups Cooked Rice
16 ounces Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pounds Sausage -- cooked

Directions

Preheat oven to 325.

In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp, then drain, reserving fat.

Crumble bacon. Brown green peppers and onions in bacon drippings. Add rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Tabasco, black pepper, bacon, and sausage. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
