Savory and grape jelly

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
11 grams Sachet of gelatine; (1/2oz)
600 millilitres Grape juice; (1 pint)
2 tablespoons Chopped savory
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Sugar
250 grams Seedless grapes; (8oz)
1 Sprig savory

Directions

TO DECORATE

1. Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tablespoons of hot water.

2. Heat the grape juice to near boiling point and pour in the gelatine.

3. Stir well, and add the savory, lemon juice and sugar to taste.

4. Heat until the sugar dissolves.

5. Put the grapes in the bottom of a glass dish and pour the mixture over them. Chill until set, and serve decorated with sprigs of savory.
