Sugar - free grape jelly

2 half-pints

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 teaspoons Unflavoured gelatin
½ cup Water
cup Unsweetened grape juice
4 tablespoons Liquid sucaryl

Directions

Soften gelatin in water.Bring grape juice to the boil,remove from heat.Add softened gelatin,stirring to dissolve.Add sucaryl.Bring to the full rolling boil.Ladle into clean half - pint jars; seal.Keep in refrigerator.
