1½ | cup | Mushrooms, Sliced |
½ | teaspoon | Dried Rosemary, Crush |
1 | can | Cream of M'room soup |
2 | tablespoons | Water |
½ | pounds | Fresh green beans, cut |
Onto 2\" pieces |
Directions
Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides (about 10 minutes). Set aside. Melt the remaining butter in the skillet. Saute the mushrooms and rosemary, stirring often, until tender and all the liquid has evaporated. Add the soup, water and green beans. Heat to boiling. Add the pork chops. Cover.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chops are no longer pink and the green beans are tender (about 10 minutes). Serve over hot, cooked fettuccine. From: Joel Ehrlich Submitted By JIM WELLER On 07-25-95
