Savoury chicken liver kebabs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125 grams Rindless streaky bacon
500 grams Chicken livers
12 Cherry tomatoes
125 grams Button mushrooms
12 Prunes, stoned
70 grams Butter, melted

Directions

Wrap a bacon rasher around each chicken liver and secure with a tooth pick.

Thread the bacon wrapped livers, tomatoes, mushrooms and prunes alternately onto skewers. Brush with melted butter and braai over moderate coals for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

NOTES : We call BBQ - Braai.
