Scallion and cilantro sauce

3 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves
1 slice Fresh ginger; peeled
1 large Green onion; trimmed and cut
; into 1inch lengths
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Chili oil
½ teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Use metal blade of food processor and with machine running drop the cilantro through feed tube and process until minced. With machine running drop in ginger and scallion and process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and pulse 23 times to mix.

Alternately: chop cilantro, ginger and green onion by hand until minced very fine. Put into a glass jar with the soy sauce, oils, vinegar and sugar. Shake well to mix.
