Cilantro lovers' veggie sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Fresh cilantro leaves; chopped
¼ cup Blanched almonds; chopped
6 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Mirin
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 Clove garlic; minced
Salt; to taste
Freshly ground black pepper; to taste

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until you have a smooth puree. For a thinner sauce add more olive oil and mirin on a 2/1 basis.

Taste test and adjust to your personal preference.
