Scrumptious spam spring chili

4 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
2 | Green bell pepper, cut into strips | |
1 | cup | Sliced green onions |
3 | cans | CHI-CHI's Diced Green Chiles (4 oz) |
2 | Jalapeno peppers, minced | |
2 | teaspoons | Dried whole oregano |
2 | teaspoons | Ground cumin |
2 | cans | Canellini beans or kidney beans (15 oz) |
2 | cans | Condensed chicken broth, undiluted (10 3/4 oz) |
1 | can | SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed (12 oz) |
Directions
In large saucepan coated with cooking spray, saute garlic over medium heat 1 minute. Add green pepper, green onion, chilies, jalapenos, oregano, and cumin; saute 5 minutes. Stir in beans and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in SPAM.
Simmer 2 minutes
