Seafood gumbo #4

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (large) tomatoes
1 can (large) water
1 large Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Green pepper; chopped
2 Ribs celery; chopped (up to)
3 tablespoons Thyme
2 Bay leaves
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
2 teaspoons Salt
Red pepper to taste
2 cups Sliced okra
2 pounds Shrimp; crabs, oysters, scallops or lobster

Directions

Simmer all ingredients except okra and seafood, the longer the better! Add okra and seafood last and cook until done. Add more thyme if needed.
