Seasoned egg batter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 larges Eggs
¼ cup Freshly grated Pecorino
Romano cheese
2 teaspoons Minced Italian parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a small bowl whisk eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper vigorously until well blended. Use immediately as a batter for breaded meat or fish.
