| 1 | x | Cut into 1/4\" thick steaks |
| ¼ | cup | Lime or lemon juice, or more |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt, or to taste |
| ¼ | cup | Corn oil |
Directions
Marinate the shark in the lime juice and salt for not less than 1 hour. Heat the oil in a skillet over moderate heat. Drain the shark steaks well and fry them for 1 minute on each side. Serve warm.
