Shredded beef filling

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium Onion -- chopped
tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 cups Finely chopped or shredded cooked lean beef (leftover pot roast are good)
1 can 4 oz chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 cup Canned or homemade enchilada sauce

Directions
