Shrimp crab rolls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Chopped raw shrimp
¾ cup Crabmeat, cooked
1 Egg
2 slices Dry bread
dash Cayenne pepper or to taste
¼ cup Celery, chopped
¼ cup Onion, chopped
¼ cup Bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pick up small handful and squeeze into 2½" roll. Mix about 1 cup corn meal with ½ cup pancake mix. Coat shrimp patty in corn meal and fry in deep fat. Courtesy Telephone Pioneers BillSpalding *P CRBR 38 A
