Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Shrimp; cleaned and butterflied
2 tablespoons Shoyu
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Honey
2 teaspoons Sesame seeds; toasted
1 Stalk green onion; minced
1 small Bunch Chinese parsley; minced
1 Clove (small) garlic; minced
4 tablespoons Shoyu
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

MARINADE

DIPPING SAUCE

Mix marinade ingredients. Add shrimp to the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. Dip shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg. Fry in oil on medium heat until lightly brown.
