Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Clove (large) garlic; mashed
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Butter
1 cup Bread crumbs
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
4 tablespoons Chopped parsley
¼ cup Good sherry wine
3 pounds Shrimp; boiled & peeled

Directions

Mix garlic & salt. Cream butter. Add garlic & salt, bread crumbs, seasonings, parsley & sherry. Place alternate layers of shrimp & bread crumb mixture in buttered baking dish or individual shells or ramekins.

Bake in hot oven 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
