Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Paprika
4 Green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons Creole style mustard
2 tablespoons Vinegar
½ teaspoon White pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Ribs celery, chopped fine
Chopped parsley to taste
¼ Hd. lettuce, shredded
2 pounds Shrimp,boiled,cleaned,cold
2 Hard cooked eggs, chopped>>>
Keep white & yolk separate.

Directions

Combine all ingreds., except lettuce, eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and garnish with eggs.
