Shrimp salad

1 | pounds | Shrimp, cleaned |
½ | Lemon, juiced | |
1 | cup | Chopped celery |
2 | tablespoons | Capers |
¼ | cup | Chopped green peppers |
¼ | cup | French dressing |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Lettuce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Mix well. To serve, line salad bowl with lettuce leaves; pile shrimp salad on top.
