Shrimp salad spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp, cooked, shelled
Finely chopped
2 Stalks celery, finely minced
3 Green onions, finely diced
2 ounces Canned pimientos, finely
Diced
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Directions

Directions: Mix all ingredients with a spoon, blending well. Chill for several hours to allow the flavors to blend. Serve on cucumber slices, zucchini slices, party rye or crackers of choice submitted by marina
