Shrimp-cheese strata

Ingredients

8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Curry powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
ounce Tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 Hard-cooked egg, chopped
3 tablespoons Finely chopped green onions (with tops)
Flatbread

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt.

Spread about ¼ inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread. 3 cups spread; 25 calories per tb.
