Sichuan chilli oil

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Sichuan red peppercorns
2 tablespoons Crushed red chili peppers

Directions

* Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and stir Sichuan red peppercorns and crushed red chili peppers.

Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then take out the peppers.
