Sliced tomato/mozzarella/garlic bread appetizer

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Tomatoes, diced
Red onion, diced
Light mozarella cheese,
.sliced or shredded
Frozen prepared garlic bread
Vinagrette dressing
1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
2 teaspoons Fresh dill or 1 t dried dill
1 teaspoon Minced garlic

VINAGRETTE DRESSING RECIPE

Prepare the frozen garlic bread according to the directions.

On a slice of the bread, place a slice of the mozzarella cheese, or 1 Tablespoon of shredded cheese. Add a thin slice of red onion ( or 1 T diced onion) and a slice of tomato (or 1 T diced tomato). Drizzle the Vinagrette dressing over all and enjoy! For the dressing, put all ingredients into a small bowl or a jar and shake vigorously. Makes 2 cups of dressing which will keep in the frige for 2 or 3 weeks.

What I did that was very good was drizzle the vinagrette over the bread first, then add the onion and tomato and top with a little grated Romano cheese.
