Smoked salmon dip

¾ | cup | (4 oz) Smoked Salmon, shredded |
⅓ | cup | Heavy cream |
⅛ | teaspoon | Freshly grated pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Capers |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Grind extra pepper over top of dip. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
