Smoky cheese chile muffins

1 | cup | Cornmeal |
1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | can | Canned Dole Crushed |

1 | Egg | |
1 | Egg white | |
½ | cup | Lowfat milk |
¼ | cup | Vegetable oil |
¼ | cup | Canned diced mild green chilies |
1¼ | cup | Cheddar cheese |
Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. 2. Combine pineapple, egg, egg white, milk, oil and chiles. Stir into dry mixture just until moistened. Stir in cheese. 3. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake in 400 degree F. oven 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 10 large muffins.
