Ingredients

2 | cups | Chicken; cooked, finely chopped |
1½ | cup | Almonds; finely chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Green onion; finely chopped |
4 | tablespoons | Major Grey's chutney; chopped |
8 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | teaspoons | Curry powder |
Salt to taste | ||
1 | cup | Grated coconut |
Candied orange peel optional |
Directions
Combine chicken, almonds, green onion and chutney. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder. Combine chicken mixture and cream cheese mixture. Chill. Shape into bite-size balls. Roll each ball in grated coconut. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Garnish with tiny yellow and white flowers or candied orange peel.
