Snowy egg nog

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 litres Grape or black currant cocktail, well chilled
12 eaches Eggs, seperated
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
cup Icing sugar
1 litre Whipping cream
gram Nutmeg

Directions

Beat egg yolks, lemon juice and icing sugar until thick and lemon colored. Blend in grape or black currant cocktail juice and whipped cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold into mixture.
