Cooked beef brisket -- or
Leftover roast

1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 Clove garlic -- chopped
Brown roux
Potatoes -- chopped in sm.

Directions

Chop meat in small pieces. Chop potatoes. Make a brown roux and add chopped onion and garlic. Let brown slightly. Add meat and potatoes and let cook, about 5-10 minutes. Add boiling water and let boil slowly until the potatoes are done.
