Southeast asian 'pesto' for noodles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Double-strength chicken broth (not too salty)
2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
¼ cup Fresh minced basil
¼ cup Fresh minced cilantro
¼ cup Fresh minced mint leaves
1 Or 2 jalapenos; (to taste) coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon Shredded fresh ginger or
1 teaspoon Ground ginger

Directions

Combine ingredients; toss with hot noodles or rice.
