Soy spread (from the motherlode in oregon)

2½ | cup | ;Water |
2½ | cup | Oil |
1 | Lemon; juice of | |
4 | Garlic cloves (up to 5) mashed | |
1 | tablespoon | Honey |
2 | tablespoons | Tamari |
½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
"This glorious, original spread from the Motherlode in Oregon can be served by itself as a sandwich spread or used as a vegetable substitute for mayonnaise."
Combine soy flour and water in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Then lower heat, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Add remaining ingredients.
