Salmon spread supreme

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Smoked salmon
2 teaspoons Onion; minced
1 Cl Garlic; minced
2 teaspoons Celery; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Mustard
2 tablespoons Sweet pickle; finely chopped
cup Mayonnaise
1 dash Worcestershire
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped

Directions

Remove skin and bones from fish and flake well.

Mix all ingredients together and chill one hour before serving.
