Spaghetti sauce with herbs

pounds Fresh, ripe tomatoes.
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh sage
3 teaspoons Finely chopped rosemary
1 Clove garlic, minced
cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Chopped basil
3 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Chopped mint
1 pounds Spaghetti
Salt and pepper

Directions

1) Wash; split; seed and dice the tomatoes in ½ inch cubes 2) Put tomatoes and herbs in a large, ceramic bowl. 3) Cook pasta 4) When pasta is nearly done, heat olive oil to smoking and pour it over the tomato and herbs (It should sizzle.) 5) Add salt and freshly ground pepper. 6) Drain pasta and toss with tomatoes and herbs.
