Spanish rice (majors)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Rice cooked;
2 teaspoons Green pepper; diced
½ Onion; chopped
2 teaspoons Pimento bits;
1 teaspoon Salt; (if you must)
½ teaspoon Pepper;
1 cup Tomato juice;
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce;

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Fluff with fork before serving.
