Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Ground chuck
½ cup Onion; finely chopped
4 slices Bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
teaspoon Pepper
dash Hot sauce
16 ounces Tomato wedges; drained
12 Olives, pimiento-stuffed; sliced
½ cup Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
1 Green pepper; cut in rings
1 medium Onion; sliced and separated into rings

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix lightly. Place meat mixture on a lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil, and shape into an oval loaf, 2 inches thick. Top with remaining ingredients; seal foil and place in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
