Speedy pork skillet

1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
¾ | pounds | Pork tenderloin; in 1/8\" strips |
2 | Pork-flavor; (3 oz pkgs.) ramen noodles | |
1½ | cup | Water |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley; OR |
2 | teaspoons | Dried parsley flakes |
1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
1 | cup | Broccoli flowerets |
1 | medium | Red bell pepper; in 3/4\" pieces |
4 | mediums | Green onions; in 1 \" pieces |
Directions
Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over Medium-High heat. Add pork; stir fry about 5 minutes or until pork is slightly pink. Gently break apart blocks of noodles. Stir noodles, contents of seasoniong pkt and remaining ingredients into pork. Heat to boiling. Boil for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened. Serves 4. Substitution: For a change of taste, use boneless, skinless chicken breas5 halves, cut into strips, instead of the pork and then use chciekn flavor ramen noodles.
