Spiced grape and yogurt salad

Ingredients

¼ cup Vanilla lowfat yogurt
teaspoon Ground cinnamon
teaspoon Ground cardamom
1 cup Seedless green grapes
1 cup Seedless red or black grapes

Directions

Prep: 5 min, plus refrigeration time.

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add grapes and stir gently until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
