Fruit and sprout salad with gingered yogurt dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Bean Sprouts
8 ounces Mandarin Oranges; Drained
8 ounces Pineapple Tidbits; Drained
8 ounces Waterchestnuts; Sliced And Drained
1 Stalk Celery; Diced
¼ cup Plain Yogurt Or Mayonaise
1 teaspoon Honey
½ teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
½ teaspoon Dried Ginger

Directions

DRESSING

In large bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Serve on bed of crisp greens. Garnish with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chopped pecans.
