1 | Carrot or 2/3 cup mini carrots | |

2 | White potatoes | |

1 | Red bell pepper | |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
1 | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper5 |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat 2 baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Wash, prick and microwave potatoes on high power 2-3 min.( or parboil until they begin to cook and drain well) Slice potatoes, onion, peppers, carrot and zuchini in very thin slices. In resealable container, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and pepper. Toss vegetables in seasoned mixture. Arrange in single layer on prepared cooking sheets. Spray vegetables with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven 15-20 min. until veggies are done and potatoes crisp. Pizza trays with performations promotes better browning. Vegetables can be cooked on grill--add fresh tomatoes,cut in quarters.
