Marinade: | ||
1 | cup | Cilantro -- finely chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh ginger root -- peeled |

4 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
2 | tablespoons | Chili sauce -- hot |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Rice vinegar |
1 | Whole lime -- juiced | |
pinch | Sugar -- optional | |
8 | Skewers |
Directions
Cut beef into long strips, about ⅛ inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients. Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer. Grill or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until desired doneness.
