Spicy sugar nuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg white
2 cups Nuts (pecans or walnuts)
¼ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Place nuts in small bowl; pour egg white over nuts and stir until nuts are coated and sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over nuts, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats nuts.

Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes.
